By accessing or using Zetlis (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.
Zetlis is an AI-powered SaaS platform for marketplace listing automation. It analyzes product photos and generates titles, descriptions, keywords, categories, and pricing suggestions for online marketplaces including eBay. The Service is operated at zetlis.com.
Zetlis also publishes Zetlis Photo Collector, a free browser extension that helps you collect and organize product images from web pages you visit. Photo Collector forms part of the Service for the purposes of these Terms, and Section 8 sets out the additional terms that apply to it. Photo Collector does not require a Zetlis account or a paid subscription.

Zetlis IP
Zetlis owns all rights, title, and interest in the platform — including its software, design, algorithms, and AI models. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
Your Data
You retain full ownership of your product data and photos. By using the Service, you grant Zetlis a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
Zetlis Photo Collector is a free browser extension that finds product images already made available by a web page you are visiting, lets you choose among them, and saves the ones you select to your own device, organized into folders. It is a technical collection and organization tool. It is not a copyright-clearance, licensing, or rights-verification service.
Your responsibility for images
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you own, or have permission or another valid legal basis to use, every image you download or reuse. The fact that an image is visible on, or can be downloaded from, a web page does not mean it is free to reuse. You are equally responsible for your subsequent use of any image you collect — including its publication, modification, distribution, and any commercial use — and for any images of identifiable people.
No rights granted
Zetlis does not own third-party images and grants you no copyright, licence, or other right in them. Nothing in these Terms, and nothing about your use of Photo Collector, transfers or creates any right in an image belonging to someone else. Zetlis does not review, verify, or make any representation about whether a given image may lawfully be reused.
Compliance and acceptable use
You must use Photo Collector in compliance with applicable law and with the terms of any website or platform you use it on or publish to. Section 6 (Acceptable Use) applies to Photo Collector in full. You may not use it to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, to circumvent technical access controls or authentication, or in any manner that places an unreasonable load on a third-party website.
Technical limitations
Photo Collector works only with what a web page makes available to your browser, and is subject to the limitations of that browser and of each website. Zetlis does not warrant that any particular image can be discovered, downloaded, converted, or will remain available, that image quality or resolution will be preserved, or that the extension will work on any particular website. Format conversion depends on permissions set by the site hosting the image and may not be possible.
Provided as-is
Photo Collector is provided free of charge and on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Sections 9 (Disclaimer of Warranties) and 10 (Limitation of Liability) apply to it in full. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zetlis is not liable for any claim arising from images you collect, download, or reuse, including any claim brought by a rights holder.
The Service is provided “as-is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should always be reviewed before publishing to any marketplace.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zetlis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business — arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@zetlis.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the Effective Date and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
