Images not loading from folder

Some images fail to load when uploading a folder for batch analysis.

How to fix it

  1. 1Try renaming the folder to a shorter name (under 100 characters)
  2. 2Avoid special characters in folder names (spaces, accents, symbols)
  3. 3If only some images fail, try uploading them individually using Upload Images

Error extracting ZIP file on Windows

Windows shows a "Path too long" error when trying to extract the downloaded ZIP file.

How to fix it

  1. 1Extract the ZIP directly to the root of your drive, e.g. C:\temp\ instead of a deeply nested folder
  2. 2Alternatively, use a tool like 7-Zip which supports long file paths natively

Listing showing wrong location

Your eBay listings are showing the wrong city or state as item location.

How to fix it

  1. 1Go to your Seller Profile in Zetlis (click ⚙️ at the top)
  2. 2Scroll down to the Shipping & Packaging section
  3. 3Check the ZIP Code field and make sure it matches your real shipping location
  4. 4Save the profile and publish a new listing to confirm

eBay policies showing wrong name

Your eBay business policies are named incorrectly (e.g. "ListingAI Payment" or "Zetlis Shipping").

How to fix it

  1. 1Go to eBay Seller Hub → Account → Business Policies
  2. 2Find any policies with names like "ListingAI" or "Zetlis"
  3. 3Click the three dots (⋯) → Edit and rename them to something meaningful
  4. 4Save the changes — Zetlis will automatically pick up your real policies on the next listing
